La persona seleccionada tendrá un rol clave garantizando la disponibilidad de los sistemas SAP comobr/br/servicio crítico de negocio , participando activamente en la gestión de incidentes, la mejora continua y la reducción de riesgos operativos. Responsabilidadesbr/br/Garantizar labr/br/disponibilidad, estabilidad y rendimientobr/br/de entornos SAP HANA y SAP R/3 / ECC / S/4HANA 24x7. Operación técnica avanzada ybr/br/troubleshooting de incidencias críticasbr/br/en entornos productivos. Liderar técnicamente labr/br/gestión de incidentes críticos , coordinación durante crisis y elaboración debr/br/RCA . Diseñar y operar soluciones debr/br/Alta Disponibilidad y Disaster Recovery , asegurando la resiliencia del servicio. Definir y monitorizarbr/br/SLIs/SLOs , alertas y degradaciones para anticipar impactos en negocio. Colaborar de forma transversal con equipos funcionales, cloud, seguridad e infraestructuras. Documentar procedimientos, lecciones aprendidas y mejoras continuas orientadas a fiabilidad y automatización. Actuar como referente técnico y punto de contacto en situaciones de alta presión con clientes internos y/o externos. Who You Arebr/br/Requisitos técnicos imprescindibles Administración avanzada debr/br/SAP HANA . Operación técnica debr/br/SAP R/3 / ECC / S/4HANA . Uso debr/br/HANA Cockpit . Troubleshooting SAPbr/br/(ST22, SM21, SM50, SM37, gestión de locks, jobs, dumps, etc.). Alta Disponibilidad y Disaster Recovery :br/br/HANA System Replicationbr/br/Pacemaker / HA sobre Linuxbr/br/Monitorización y fiabilidad SAP (alertas, SLIs, gestión de degradaciones). Gestión de incidentes críticos y análisis de causa raíz ( RCA ). Linux avanzadobr/br/(SLES / RHEL). Soft skills clavebr/br/Trato directo con cliente conbr/br/comunicación clara y estructurada , incluso en situaciones de presión. Liderazgo técnicobr/br/durante incidentes y situaciones críticas. Altabr/br/proactividad , anticipando problemas y proponiendo mejoras antes de que impacten al negocio. Fuertebr/br/orientación a servicio y fiabilidad , entendiendo SAP como plataforma crítica. Capacidad de trabajo colaborativo con equipos multidisciplinares. Habilidad parabr/br/explicar conceptos técnicos a perfiles no técnicos . Mentalidad debr/br/ownership end-to-endbr/br/sobre la estabilidad del servicio. Enfoque en documentación clara y mejora continua. Experiencia valorablebr/br/Entornosbr/br/SAP en AWS y/o Azure . Experiencia conbr/br/SAP Focused Run, Solution Manager y HANA Cockpit . Performance tuningbr/br/en SAP HANA. Ejecución debr/br/pruebas de DRbr/br/y mantenimientos con mínimo downtime.
