We’re on the lookout for the next team leader of our brand in Barcelona (L'Illa Diagonal). As a Store Manager, you’ll be the face of our brand image and values, overseeing all daily store operations while leading and working closely with your team to achieve the best results.
Responsibilities
Sales Strategy: Define a sales strategy focused on hitting targets, adapting to peak seasons, and continuously improving sales processes in coordination with the Retail Management team.
Customer Experience: Deliver a unique shopping experience by understanding customer needs, providing advice during purchases, resolving issues, and ensuring consistent brand representation.
Team Coordination: Organize schedules and shifts, hold briefings to analyze KPIs, set action plans, and maintain team energy and collaboration.
Operations Control: Coordinate with the HQ team for restocking and inventory control, maintain store visuals in line with standards, and ensure policy compliance.
Qualifications
At least 3 years’ experience as a Store Manager in a fashion/premium brand.
Training in Fashion, Business Administration, or similar is a plus (education not required).
High level of conversational English & Spanish required.
Passion for product, eye for the latest trends, and a results‑driven, proactive attitude.
Strong leadership, communication skills, organizational and analytical abilities with a focus on team spirit.
