They are seeking a high-calibre Strategy & Innovation Manager to join a strategic growth and transformation function focused on shaping business direction, driving innovation initiatives, and supporting executive-level decision making.About the RoleAs a Manager within the Strategy & Innovation team, you will lead strategic workstreams and help drive key business initiatives across multiple functions and leadership teams. You will combine strategic thinking, analytical capability, stakeholder engagement, and hands‑on execution to support growth, transformation, and innovation programmes across the business. The role requires someone who can operate confidently with senior stakeholders, structure complex problems, deliver data‑driven insights, and translate strategy into actionable outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & TransformationLead strategic projects and workstreams focused on growth, innovation, and business transformationDevelop robust fact bases, conduct analysis, generate insights, and shape strategic recommendationsSupport the development and execution of strategic initiatives across business units and operational functionsDrive initiatives from concept through to implementation, ensuring alignment with wider business objectivesInnovation & Market InsightsIdentify market trends, industry developments, and emerging opportunities to support strategic decision-makingConduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to evaluate business opportunities and challengesBring external perspectives, innovative thinking, and growth ideas into the organisationSupport business case development and strategic proposal creationStakeholder ManagementBuild strong relationships with senior business stakeholders across multiple functionsFacilitate workshops, presentations, and executive-level discussionsCommunicate complex ideas and recommendations clearly and effectivelyInfluence decision-making through structured analysis and strategic insightWhat we are looking forUniversity degree in Business Administration, Management, Sciences, or a relevant fieldDemonstrated track record in management consulting in a top-tier Strategy Consulting firm with experience as an Associate, Consultant, or similar roles in Investment Banking or Product at a large technology company3+ years of hands‑on experience in the delivery of strategy, innovation, and implementation projects in complex environmentsExceptional project management skills: adept at planning and managing multi-stakeholder initiativesExceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas and insights clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all levelsExcellent stakeholder and relationship management competenciesAbility to deal with high levels of ambiguity and pivot quicklyExperience in structuring strategic initiatives and building robust business proposalsExcellent communication skills in English, both spoken and writtenTechnology and/or aviation industry experience preferred
