Our AI-powered portal enables brands to connect deeper with their customers and minimize their carbon footprint, making a positive impact on the environment while driving profitability. We're growing fast, innovating faster, and are currently growing our Customer Success and operations team across Europe. This high-performance team will detect well-fitted industry clients to deliver a solid return service proposition for their eCommerce around the world. Key responsibilities Conduct market research and analyze competitors. Gather and interpret customer data to identify trends. Assist in creating growth strategies and tracking KPIs. Optimize workflows and improve operational processes. Use data to generate actionable insights and prepare reports. Coordinate project timelines and ensure deliverables are met. Collaborate across teams to align goals and execute plans. Propose solutions for inefficiencies and test new strategies. Qualifications MBA or Master in business Previous experience in startups, strategy consulting or banking is desirable Curious and enthusiastic to learn and understand the customer's business processes, needs, pains and future challenges. Strong presentations and communication skills Has a strong drive for results and ability to collaborate and influence in a “Win as a team” environment Exceptionally well organized and love planning ahead.
