You will work on international, high-impact strategy and management consulting projects, mainly within the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) sector.Our clients range from telecommunications operators, technology companies, regulatory authorities, public institutions, and many more.By joining Axon, you will be able to collaborate across Axon’s three core consulting practices:StrategyBusiness & Network ModellingPolicy & RegulationOur teams and cultureOver 95% of our projects are international in scope.Short project cycles, providing exposure to multiple initiatives each year.Frequent travel opportunities.A dynamic and collaborative work environment built on a culture of freedom and responsibility.Clear and robust career progression plan.Main ResponsibilitiesAs an Associate, your responsibilities will include:Supporting the delivery of consulting projects in the technology and telecom sectorsConducting research and analysis to help identify key issues and opportunitiesAssisting in the preparation of written documents and presentations to communicate insightsCollaborating with multicultural teams to support project executionContributing to business development efforts through background research and proposal supportProfile RequirementsWe are seeking candidates who meet the following requirements:A valid work permit to work in Spain is required.Degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics with a GPA above 3.0 or equivalent academic excellence.
