You will work on international, high-impact strategy and management consulting projects, mainly within the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) sector.Our clients range from telecommunications operators, technology companies, regulatory authorities, public institutions, and many more.By joining Axon, you will be able to collaborate across Axon’s three core consulting practices:Strategy

Clear and robust career progression plan.Main ResponsibilitiesAs an Associate, your responsibilities will include:Supporting the delivery of consulting projects in the technology and telecom sectors
Conducting research and analysis to help identify key issues and opportunities
Assisting in the preparation of written documents and presentations to communicate insights
Collaborating with multicultural teams to support project execution
Contributing to business development efforts through background research and proposal supportProfile RequirementsWe are seeking candidates who meet the following requirements:A valid work permit to work in Spain is required.
Degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics with a GPA above 3.0 or equivalent academic excellence. Postgraduate education is a plus.
Recent graduate or up to 1-year maximum experience in strategy or management consulting.
Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication, both written and verbal.
Excellent teamwork and adaptability.
Willingness to travel internationally.
Fluent in English (C1 minimum required).
