Supply Chain Graduate Program Program will start in October 2026 and runs for 18 months, including 3 international rotations at European facilities in Spain, Poland, Czech Republic, or the Netherlands. Location Lodz, PL; Turin, IT; Poznan, PL; Rome, IT; Barcelona, ES; Novy Bydzov, CZ; Gdansk, PL; Bologna, IT; Seville, ES; Krakow, PL; Naples, IT; Prostejov, CZ; Burgos, ES; Logrono, ES; Madrid, ES; Zlotow, PL; Alzira, ES; Florence, IT; Prague, CZ; Wroclaw, PL; Lezo, ES; Braga, PT Responsibilities Act as central liaison for KPI improvement projects across sites (service level, inventory, aged stock, on‑time delivery). Support plant teams with data analysis and continuous improvement techniques; identify root causes and assist in action plan creation. Oversee execution of plant action plans to achieve targets. Assist plants in achieving KPI targets by building robust process infrastructure. Support integration of IBP (Integrated Business Planning). Involve in plant scheduling and customer service planning flows and propose process improvements. Build and lead projects to optimise production, transportation and material costs. After 1–2 rotations, take on central tasks supporting BG‑level SC initiatives. Qualifications Master’s degree in industrial engineering, business management, or related field with supply chain or production planning courses. Up to 2 years of work experience/internship in supply chain or production planning, ideally in a manufacturing environment. Fluency in English; additional European language an asset. Project management skills. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency. Knowledge of Power BI and exposure to ERPs such as SAP. Strong analytical skills and ability to structure processes. Interest in developing a career in supply chain. Previous study or work experience abroad an asset. Willingness to travel and work abroad across Europe. Flexibility, adaptability, collaboration and networking skills. Legal permanent work permit in the EU.
