Job TitleSupply Chain Planning AnalystFunctionDrive continuous improvement in continuity of supply with Lear's global supply baseSummary Of RoleThe Supply Chain Planning Analyst will monitor and audit Lear's suppliers' supply chain execution. The goal is to improve productivity, efficiency, flexibility, and reducing costs while securing optimal material levels and mitigating supply constraints.Detailed Description Of The Role (with Bullets)This role's work will include, but not limited to:Manage suppliers to resolve escalated critical supply constraints and ensure continuity of supply into Lear's manufacturing facilitiesWork with external suppliers and Lear internal cross functional teams (manufacturing, quality, engineering, purchasing) to resolve supplier operational non-compliance issuesWork externally with suppliers and customer, and internally with cross-functional teams to develop, enhance, and execute supply chain processes to support E-System’s Supply Chain Resilience StrategyDocument suppliers’ long-term plans and strategy to drive continuous improvement through regular audits of these plansSupport in negotiations on long-term supply agreements with suppliersPerform long-term capacity studies to verify sufficient capacity is being planned for Lear needsAdvantages of working for Lear on this teamAs a newly formed team, there is high visibility within the organization, as well as significant autonomy and opportunity to develop metrics and lead novel initiatives.Key Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree - Business Administration DegreeMaster’s in supply chain or logistics might be a plusFluent English skills.Good communication skills in cross functional teamsAnalytical and problem-solving SkillsTeam playerProficient organizational skillsPrevious experience in supply chain, automotive industry might be a plusComputer literacy – in particular with MS Office - Excel
