Lea la descripción completa del puesto a continuación.As a Technical Support Software Engineer at Thales in Alicante, you will deliver advanced technical and business process support for our SaaS solutions, serving as a key contact for customers and internal teams. You’ll diagnose complex incidents, optimize deployments, and work with DevOps and cross-functional teams to keep SaaS operations reliable and scalable. The role combines hands-on troubleshooting with process improvement and knowledge base enrichment. This is a technical, customer-facing position in a growth-focused cybersecurity environment.ResponsibilitiesTechnical support and troubleshooting for SaaS products across software, hardware, and network domainsDiagnose root causes and resolve incidents, escalating when neededAnalyze logs, events, and metrics to drive fixes and optimizationsCollaborate with DevOps on deployment, monitoring, and scaling of SaaS apps and infrastructureAssist with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)Automate deployment/configuration/provisioning tasks (Ansible, Terraform, AWS CloudFormation)Engage with customers to understand workflows and propose improvementsDocument workflows, configurations, and troubleshooting guides; maintain knowledge basesParticipate in on-call rotation to ensure high service availabilityContribute to feasibility studies, high-level designs, and feature rolloutsMaintain detailed support logs and client documentation, generate incident analyses and improvementsRequirements (Desirable/Experience)Experience supporting SaaS environmentsLinux, shell scripting, and/or Python desirableStrong SQL database understanding; ability to troubleshoot queriesInfrastructure-as-code and configuration management fundamentalsxcskxlj Cloud platforms experience (AWS preferred) with basic monitoring, scaling, and security practicesWorking knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment best practicesBasic understanding of microservices and monitoringKubernetes familiarity; Helm or GitOps exposure a plusObservability tools such as Datadog; Splunk and Grafana a plusFluent in English and Spanish; other languages beneficialBenefitsFlexible working hoursIntensive Fridays and summerRemote-friendly – 2 days a week from homeRestaurant allowanceHealth insuranceKindergarten
