They're the voice of our customers, working closely with product teams to improve experiences and keep wow-level service at the heart of Revolut.We're looking for a Support Specialist who takes ownership of customer issues, thinks deeper to find solutions, and contributes to the way we support our customers every day.This role is fully on-site in Barcelona and may include weekend shifts, which are fully compensated.Up to shape what's next in finance? Let's get in touch.What you'll be doingProviding our customers with an outstanding experience, making sure customers feel secure whilst using our featuresProviding excellent customer serviceRepresenting Revolut at all timesCollaborating with other international teams members to tackle any customer disruptionWhat you'll needFluency in English (C1+ level)Fluency in Catalan and Spanish (C1+ level)1+ years of experience in customer support, with exposure to in-person or retail bankingA bachelor's degree (must be able to provide at least a provisional certificate)Excellent communication skillsThe ability to explain complex issues in an easy and understandable mannerGreat analytical, IT, and problem-solving skillsExcellent attention to detailEmpathy and to love helping peopleTo be driven and self-motivated with a highly flexible team player attitudeTo be based in Barcelona (this is an in-person role)Nice to haveExperience in banking, financial services, or salesBuilding a global financial super app isn't enough.
