Working alongside our talented senior chefs, you’ll bring passion, skill, and artistry to every dish, helping to uphold Roka’s renowned standards of excellence. You’ll play an important role in the smooth running of the sushi section, preparing and presenting dishes that inspire and delight our guests with every bite. Roka is a contemporary Japanese robatayaki restaurant, celebrated for its dynamic open-grill cooking and vibrant atmosphere. Located in the Cap Vermell Grand Hotel, along the Balearic Island’s east coast, Roka Mallorca offers diners a seasonal, alfresco pop-up of lazy summer evenings, beautiful dishes, creative cocktails, and live DJs. Local ingredients are featured in Roka’s signature robatayaki cuisine to create a menu that can’t be experienced anywhere else.
