You will support users in an O365 hybrid implementation by testing and troubleshooting issues with O365 cloud technologies, such as OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange Online. You will also act as vendor technical support for Priority 1 incidents and requests. We are looking for someone with a customer-oriented attitude, a quick learner who can think outside of the box. Ideally, you should be used to working in a fast-paced environment with a career track record of engineering, deploying, and maintaining business critical systems.Specific AssignmentsDesign and implement Microsoft 365 services, Security & Compliance, Users and LicensingExpertise on all migration scenarios (IMAP, Cutover, Staged, Hybrid deployment, with and without third-party tools, and Tenant-to-Tenant Migration)Identify, diagnose, and resolve connection, reliability, or performance issuesImplement Governance plans based on business requirements, overall information strategy aligned with Information Officer and Security requirementsContact vendor technical support for Priority 1 incidents and requestsDevelop (PowerShell, Workflow, Graph API) scripts to automate repetitive administration tasksParticipate in an after-hours on-call support rotation and implement solutions (upgrades, new releases, etc.), patching and deployment activities after hours as neededValidate system upgrades and patches when requiredPartner with other infrastructure team members to learn, develop and enhance the skills needed to support software-based infrastructureExperience in migration tools is an added advantage (Quest, ShareGate, BitTitan, etc.)Strong abilities with PowerShell Scripting, Graph API, and EWS knowledgeHybrid management for SharePoint, Exchange, and Modern Identity knowledge (Oauth v.2.0)Ensure that IT services are delivered effectively to business customersThis includes the execution of SOPs, management of IT Incidents/Problems and IT Changes as per well-defined ITIL processes, as implemented in the ITSM system (ServiceNow)Deliver quality documentation allowing for smooth day-to-day operationsPerform system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all involved infrastructure resourcesEnsure that performance, scalability, and security is maintained and optimizedIdentify opportunities to innovate, extend and enhance service delivery wherever possibleParticipate in disaster recovery plan and practice of recovery operationsConsult with senior peers to learn through experiencePartner with key vendors to maintain an understanding of new technology and leading practicesCooperate closely with other Zone / Regional / Group IT Infrastructure resources in EurofinsQualificationsEducationBachelor's degree in computer science/IT, or comparable professional experienceCertificationsMicrosoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert certification is a plus. Agile or ITIL Foundation certifications are a plus.Work ExperienceMinimum of 3 years of experience in designing, migrating, and delivering Microsoft cloud solutions on Azure and Office 365 platformsTechnical SkillsExpert knowledge in Microsoft 365 Services (Exchange online, OneDrive for Business, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Endpoint Manager). Strong PowerShell Scripting abilities, Graph API, and EWS knowledge for automation of processes. Experience implementing and maintaining Microsoft 365 solutions (capacity planning, installing, configuring, administering, and migrating). Knowledge of mobile device management solutions (preferably InTune). Knowledge of Microsoft Azure fundamentals. Experience in the development of technical and user documentation. Experience with the Agile methodology and its concepts. Experience with M365 Infrastructure as code (Microsoft365DSC). A good understanding of ITIL-based processes.Soft SkillsExcellent writing and communication skills (fluent spoken and written English).
