In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process across a variety of functions and business units within the EMEA region. As a key partner to our hiring managers, you will play a crucial role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent to support our growth and innovation. You will also take ownership of our Barcelona office, overseeing the day-to-day employee experience, onboarding and offboarding processes, and serving as the focal point for the location.” Key Responsibilities: Oversee Barcelona office operations, including daily employee needs, onboarding, offboarding, and ensuring a positive workplace experience Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from role briefing through sourcing, interviewing, and offer management, to onboarding Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and define job requirements Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates across multiple EMEA markets Screen and assess candidates to ensure a strong cultural and professional fit Provide a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs Maintain accurate data and reporting within the applicant tracking system (ATS) Providing insights into talent availability, salary benchmarking, competitor mapping, and recruitment trends. xsgfvud Work closely with the global HR team to align on company-wide people and talent initiatives, ensuring consistency in approach across regions. Requirements: 4+ years of experience in a full-cycle recruitment role, ideally within an international or matrixes organization Strong understanding of recruitment practices and employment markets across EMEA Sourcing skills, including the use of LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Fluent in English (written and spoken); Knowledge of ATS tools (preferably Recruit / Comeet) is desirable
