Talent Acquisition Partner EMEA with TurkishPor favor, lea detenidamente la información de esta oferta de empleo para entender exactamente qué se espera de los posibles candidatos.Department:Human ResourcesEmployment Type:Full TimeLocation:EMEA-SpainDescriptionAbout this opportunityAs Talent Acquisition Partner EMEA you are responsible for hiring strong candidates into a variety of positions such as Sales, Marketing, Technology, Clinical, Customer Service, etc. You will partner with managers to anticipate and meet the evolving needs of their departments and to deliver the best talent in the organization.You will be hiring talent for our organization across multiple countries.In this position you will be a member of our Talent Acquisition EMEA team which is part of the Global Talent Acquisition organization. You will be a true contributor to the growth of the company and help us to provide the talent that makes this company successful.Role expectationsAttract, search and hire talent from around the globe in a multi-site organization.Implement and execute effective employer branding, search and hiring strategies.Contribute to local and regional Talent Acquisition projects.Manage full cycle hiring process to meet the various hiring goals across all levels within multiple departments.Work with hiring managers to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria.Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and third‑party firms.Track and report key metrics designed to measure and predict Talent Acquisition activities.Regularly follow up with hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of the hiring process.What we’re looking forBachelor/Master degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience.Fluent in English and Turkish.Any other language is considered a plus.Excellent stakeholder management and project management skills.Strong understanding and ability to attract, search and hire at all levels of the organization, from entry level to managerial roles.Clear understanding of full cycle hiring processes (first contact to first working day).Experience mapping and sourcing candidates from all sources.Equal Opportunity StatementIt is our policy to provide equal employment opportunity in all of our employment practices without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, ancestry, marital status, protected veteran status, age, individuals with disabilities, sexual orientation or gender identity or expression or any other legally protected category. xcskxlj Applicants for positions with Align must be legally authorized to work in the country which they are applying for and verification of employment eligibility will be required as a condition of hire.#J-18808-Ljbffr
