Experteer Overview In this role you will lead accounting activities within the Barcelona-based team, ensuring accurate ledger support across countries. You will partner with the business to streamline purchase ledger processes, support forecasting and budgeting, and manage month-end closures. You will drive Pu0026amp; L analysis and fixed asset management while coordinating audits and internal controls. This position offers a hands-on impact on financial operations within a large education group and opportunities to shape cross-country accounting practices. You will work closely with senior teammates to deliver reliable financial reporting and business insights.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Liaise with the business to ensure completeness in the purchase ledger
- Support forecasting, variance analysis and budgeting
- Assist with month-end closure for entities, including AR reconciliation and deferred revenue
- Analyze Pu0026L by OPEX, services, residences and homestay
- Monthly reporting and posting of prepayments and depreciation
- Maintain Fixed Asset register and post depreciation journals
- Manage utility contracts, accruals, and invoice reviews
- Post OPEX accruals and residence cost accruals
- Code and post credit card accruals
- Balance sheet reconciliations and support during audits
- Support fiduciaries/external accounting departmentsResponsabilidades
- Bachelor in Accounting
- Minimum 5 years experience in Accounts Payable/Accounting and Pu0026L analysis
- Auditing experience
- Experience in a large corporation in an accounting role
