You will learn new processes, develop your language and communication skills, as well as work in a digital environment, with some of the most innovative technologies on the market.What you will learn with us will make you a valuable member of our team or any other team.Your benefitsFull-time 39 hours/week contract: Monday to Friday 09:00-18:00Salary 24,200 euros gross/year + up to 5,300 euros gross/year in bonusGreat office location in Madrid, opportunity to work from home some daysFriends hunting (referral) bonusFull paid training about the company and the project you will be working onCareer development program and specialized coursesWhat you'll experience with usAs a Team Manager, you will:Cooperate to fulfill Client’s business account planParticipate in communications with Client’s and provide updates to the ProjectCoordinate development and delivery of action plans with the Teams to ensure expected project performance and KPI deliveryControl and ensure compliance of individual Performance Improvement PlansLead weekly meetings with management team focused on Team Performance and follow-up on action itemsManage escalations received from stakeholdersCoordinate with management team for weekly/monthly/quarterly business review preparation and presentationPerform 1-to-1s with management team with regular feedback and follow-up on actionsConduct yearly appraisals with management teamWe're a great match if youHave a proficient or bilingual level of Spanish and advanced EnglishHave a minimum of 3 years of demonstrable experienceHave excellent communication skills: verbal, written, listeningCan adapt quickly to new software and constantly changing business requirementsCan effectively deliver updated program and process changesCan gauge user ability and modify delivery skills accordinglyCan recognize trends and escalate information as appropriateHave analytical problem-solving skills; linear and logical troubleshooting skillsHave good time management skills and multi-tasking abilityCan handle difficult or irate customers effectively; ability to set expectations and deliver information positivelyIf this sounds like you, join us!Who we areWe're the tech-powered customer experience (CX) company creating game-changing journeys for our people and clients.
