Overview
As Technical Product Manager, you bridge advanced engineering and fraud management outcomes, shaping the platform from traditional rules-based and AI/ML capabilities to detect, investigate, and resolve fraud with minimal human intervention. You will align the technical roadmap with strategy, work closely with engineering and UX, and translate customer needs into scalable, secure cloud-native solutions. This role offers impact across telecom fraud typologies, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll help drive a mission to empower seamless, fraud-free digital journeys.
ResponsabilidadesDefine and own the technical roadmap for FMS aligning with strategy and market evolutionPrioritize capabilities based on customer value and business impactLead 0-to-1 feature development and scale/optimize capabilitiesCollaborate with Engineering, platform architects, and UX designers to translate requirements into technical specsLead technical discovery sessions, write PRDs with acceptance criteria, and manage trade-offsPartner with architects to design scalable, secure, cloud-native solutionsDevelop deep telecom fraud domain expertise and identify evolving patternsConduct customer interviews and advisory sessions to capture pain pointsTranslate customer needs into AI-powered product solutions to reduce false positives and improve recovery ratesDefine and track product metrics; use analytics, A/B testing, and dashboards to guide iterationsOwn revenue and adoption accountability for FMS features
Requisitos principalesDeep familiarity with fraud detection architectures: real-time streaming, rule engines, threshold management, case lifecycle, reportingUnderstanding of telecom data structures: CDRs, signaling data (SS7, Diameter), and network topologyKnowledge of fraud investigation workflows: evidence collection, case lifecycle management, escalation, regulatory reportingAwareness of compliance frameworks: GDPR, OFCOM, FCC, GSMA guidelines, local CSP obligationsFamiliarity with integration patterns between FMS and adjacent systems: mediation platforms, BSS/OSS, network probes, threat feedsMinimum 8–12 years industry experience, 4–5 years in product management; telecom/fraud/cybersecurity or data-intensive B2B SaaS preferredStrong execution track record from concept to launch with data-driven iterationExcellent communication and ability to influence diverse audiences (C-suite to engineers)Customer-centric approach with structured research and empathyTechnical credibility to discuss model architectures, APIs, data pipelines, and scalability without codingCommunication & influenceCustomer obsessionExecution excellenceReal-time event streamingRule engines and threshold managementCase management and reporting
