Electronic Arts (EA) creates next‑level entertainment experiences that inspire players and fans around the world. EA’s Worldwide Localization Team is accountable for delivering high‑quality localized versions of our titles to more than 30 countries and works across a vibrant, multicultural environment.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Business Analysis
Capture and understand business and technical needs of the portfolio assigned.
Document features identified during conversations with partners.
Create technical strategy plans to move and integrate the franchises assigned into the localization toolset.
Influence studios to implement technical localization best practices across all titles.
Build a virtual prototype for stakeholders discussion.
Project Management
Act as an effective reporting and coordination link between EA projects and the localization toolset; actively participate in ongoing prioritization of business needs based on project schedules.
Track, predict and report schedule and cost deviations, propose mitigation strategies and adjust cost analyses and schedules accordingly.
Identify and report risks (e.g., quality degradation) and propose mitigation actions.
Participate in post‑mortem processes and collect partner feedback to measure satisfaction and distill future improvements and solutions.
Product Management
Ensure new features and user stories are aligned with the product vision.
Build consensus on business requests to maximize development efforts.
Track progress and address production issues during sprints.
Work with QA lead and architect to control quality, stability and performance of the product.
Technical Background
University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent educational or working background.
Conflict management skills.
Project management, business analysis and CRM skills.
Knowledge of foundations of Software Engineering and Development Life Cycle.
Very good fluency in English (written and spoken).
Essential Experience Required
3+ years of professional experience in end‑to‑end Project Management (from conception to implementation, deployment and maintenance).
Professional experience in Business Analysis and Requirements Analysis.
Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and Agile Project Management.
Experience working in a multi‑site and multi‑cultural team.
Desirable
Experience in infrastructure or systems deployment.
Technical experience in localisation projects or similar experience in the entertainment industry.
Desired Skills
Use of AI to speed up tasks, operations and workflows.
