Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Technical Recruiter. The Technical Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for technical roles. Responsibilities include conducting technical role assessments, collaborating with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles, maintaining a talent pipeline, scheduling interviews, and providing a seamless candidate experience.QualificationsExpertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processesProficiency in Technical Recruiting and Hiring for technical positionsStrong Communication skills, including written and verbal communicationAbility to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects effectivelyExperience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is a plusFamiliarity with technology roles and skills is highly desirableBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
