This Position reports to: Technical Support Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide technical assistance to internal and external customers and ensure timely and cost-effective support in accordance with guidelines. Each day, you will contribute to customer satisfaction by executing support work according to customer expectations. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring customer retention by delivering superior customer experience.
The work model for the role is #hybrid or #remote.
This role is contributing to the Product Line Autonomous Mobile Robots in Burgos, Spain. Main stakeholders are Project Engineering, R&D and Portfolio & Product department.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Level 3 technical support for internal customers such as Sales, Project Execution, Quality, SCM, Manufacturing, and Service. It focuses on resolving complex technical issues and collaborating with R&D and engineering teams to improve product reliability.
Displaying clear understanding of sense of urgency and care in your own area of responsibility and knowing how to communicate with stakeholders.
Taking actions to identify new business opportunities or training needs for the organization.

Qualifications for the role
You are immersed in the development/improvement of AMR Navigation technologies in the AMR market.
Ability to demonstrate your experience in VSLAM and other navigation technologies.
Possess enhanced knowledge of 7Sense navigation platform.
You are passionate about problem solving, innovation and customer service.
Degree or vocational training in Software Engineering or Automation and/or Robotics or related field.
You are at ease communicating in English. Spanish will be a plus.
