brThe Technical Aftersales Trainer is responsible for delivering technical training to dealership technicians and aftersales teams, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles according to brand standards.

brPlan and develop the training center's infrastructure and programs.
brDesign and implement aftersales training programs for the dealer network.
brEstablish dealer staff training certification standards proportional to business volumes.
brDevelop, prepare, and translate training materials. Craft and deliver training in various formats, including in-person, online, and streaming, as well as blended approaches.
brCollaborate with other departments to identify and create training plans that address market demands.
brOrganize both technical and non-technical training sessions.
brPerform additional tasks related to aftersales training as required.

brA Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering.
brExperience: At least 5 years in technical support or technical training roles, with a proven high technical proficiency in Internal Combustion Engines (ICE), Electric Vehicles (EV), Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicles (PHEV), and other vehicle technologies.
brProficient in video recording and editing to produce educational content.
brWell-versed in aftersales issue resolution procedures, including but not limited to quality issue feedback and technical analysis.
brHigh proficiency in English language communication.
