Technical Writer – Enerpac Tool Group – Madrid Enerpac Tool Group, a global leader in industrial tools, services, and solutions, is seeking a Technical Writer to join our DTA business based in Madrid. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating all technical documentation activities for projects delivered to New Product Development (NPD) and Custom Specific Products (CsP) and ensuring that the final revisions meet delivery deadlines and quality standards. Location: Torrejón de Ardoz, MadridContract: PermanentSalary: €25,000.00-€30,000.00 Responsibilities Maintain the integrity of the Enerpac Technical Publications Vault and implement improvements. Control missing documents, wrong metadata, and data migration. Draft all technical documents (operational manuals, service parts lists, data sheets, parts identification, maintenance plans & schedule checklists, documentation change management) based on engineering design information and customer requirements. Collaborate in global programs related to PEP, VAVE, Sustaining, Customs and continuous improvement. Deliver technical documentation based on business needs, urgencies, and importance and focus on meeting target delivery dates and department KPIs. Participate actively in activities such as lessons learned, lead events, master classes and continuous improvement. Represent the company professionally internally and externally and enforce all HSSEQ rules and regulations. Qualifications Education in Engineering or Technical Vocational Training. Proficiency in English and Spanish; additional languages preferred. Experience with safety policies, documentation control, and management systems. Computer skills: Microsoft Office, Windchill, InDesign, Illustrator, AutoCAD, CREO or SOLID. Self‑starter, proactive, quality‑focused and experienced in international multicultural environments.
