We’re hiring a Quality Assurance Technician! Location: Elche, Alicante, Spain Department: Quality Assurance Work modality: Hybrid Industry: Food / Nutraceutical / Pharmaceutical At SuanNutra Group, we are looking for a Quality Assurance Technician to join our team in Elche and support the continuous improvement of our Quality Management System and product compliance. Key responsibilities: Ensure product batch conformity in line with quality and food safety standards Manage batch release and rejection processes Coordinate with internal and external laboratories and manage sample analysis Maintain and update quality and supplier documentation Support operational process supervision and documentation control Participate in plant inspections and support internal and external audits Handle product complaints and support quality KPI monitoring Participate in deviation management, CAPA follow-up, and continuous improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, BRCGS, ISO and other applicable standards What we’re looking for: Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry or similar +2 years of experience in the food, nutraceutical or pharmaceutical industry Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO and food safety/quality standards Experience working in certified environments (IFS, BRC, ISO, GMP) Experience participating in audits is highly valued Experience with batch release processes and analytical control English level B2 or higher We are looking for someone detail-oriented, analytical and proactive, with strong organizational skills, team spirit, and a continuous improvement mindset.
