D365 Programme Test LeadBarcelonaOur Client is embarking on a multi-year global finance transformation programme (EOS). The program involves three main pillars - Internal Controls, Management Reporting, and ERP. This includes global deployment of CCH Tagetik (Corporate Performance Management finance transformation platform), and Microsoft Dynamics 365 to approximately 20 different business units.You will lead and manage the finance transformation’s testing stream and provide guidance, advice and support to the transformation programme in areas of requirements, documentation, testing and traceability. You will possess strong planning, communication and presentation skills, with the ability to listen and influence. You will also have in-depth practical knowledge of project and programme management methodologies, tools and techniques.This role will suit an exceptional communicator with resilience and tenacity and the ability to work effectively at all levels in an organisation.Key Responsibilities- Ownership for the programme testing function across multiple streams of the finance transformation, and work with other transformation programmes to coordinate on organisation test strategy- Lead testing activities, using a structured approach- Promote and advocate test capabilities within the programme and within the wider organisation- Defining, implementing and managing the: test strategy, test resource plan, test environments’ requirements, test data approach, test reporting and entry/exit criteria- Work with teams responsible for planning, requirements, design, development, environment and release management, cybersecurity, support, change management, and other related areas to ensure that deliverables to and from the test function support our test strategy and overall quality assurance objectives- Provide reports and progress updates in a variety of formats for various stakeholder groups- Take responsibility for talent, succession planning and supplier management in the areas of testing and test assurance- Work with stakeholders in multiple countries to determine the contribution that the test function can make to achieving and assuring business objectives- Work with suppliers to ensure consistency and robustness in how they and the test function support robust delivery- Help shape the value proposition for the test function, and define the roles and responsibilities for the test resources, both within the core transformation team and those performing test roles within vendor and country teams- Work with the BA Team Lead to ensure requirements are captured in a testable, prioritised way, thereby supporting the execution of a suitably risk-based approach to testing- Support training efforts by working with the Training Manager to ensure testing and training efforts are well coordinated, particularly in how they both contribute to positive user adoption**Skills and Experience**Required- Must be an experienced Programme level Testing Lead rather than specific project testing lead or manager.- ISTQB certified International Software Testing Qualifications Board- Experience in a previous programme test leadership role and can work in high pressured environments.- Writing and briefing of the programme test strategy for finance transformation programmes of comparable size and shape- Multiple ERP and MIS implementation projects, including multi-country deployments and at least one project deploying Dynamics 365 (Microsoft Business Planning Application)- Understanding of the pros and cons of different implementation methodologies, including Waterfall and different flavours of Agile- Experience managing the test function whilst working with an external implementation partner- Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills- Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships- Keeping calm, adapting and responding to change and events which are inevitable in an operational business- Positive outlook and optimistic disposition- Highly organised with a professional, agile and diligent nature- Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations- Experience of working with remote stakeholders- Hold a passport or visa allowing you to travel across Europe for workshops without restrictionDesirable- Experience implementing a combined D365 global ERP projects and finance projects.- Experience working within similar industries to the client.- Other European languages**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: 70,000.72€ - 120,000.60€ per year**Experience**:- Testing or Test Manager: 5 years (required)- D365 ERP OR SAP ERP: 5 years (required)- Finance and Operation or F&O: 5 years (required)Work Location: Remote
