OpportunityAs the Training & Adoption Lead S/4HANA, you will play a pivotal part in the successful adoption of SAP S/4HANA across the organisation. Your responsibilities include shaping the training strategy, building end‑to‑end learning journeys, and ensuring business users across all regions and functions are fully equipped to transition to new processes, tools, and ways of working. You thrive in fast‑moving global programmes and can navigate senior stakeholder groups, driving clarity, structure, and engagement.Role Context & ObjectivesBacardi’s TRANS4MATION program includes a global SAP S/4HANA implementation focused on simplifying, standardising, and digitising core processes. The Training & Digital Enablement Lead will lead the global strategy, design, and execution of the S/4HANA training and digital‑enablement approach, ensuring high‑quality learning experiences and strong business readiness across all regions and functions.ResponsibilitiesDevelop a global S/4HANA training and digital‑enablement strategy aligned to programme milestones.Define success measures, learning KPIs, and readiness indicators.Set standards for training, digital content, and adoption tools to ensure consistency across regions.Lead the design and rollout of digital enablement assets such as simulations, micro‑learning, in‑app guidance, and self‑serve content.Oversee the adoption and configuration of learning technologies (digital adoption platforms, LMS).Ensure digital learning resources are intuitive, accessible, and optimised for a global audience.Own the creation of role‑based learning journeys and process‑aligned training content.Lead the development of blended learning materials including e‑learning, job aids, virtual sessions, demonstrations, and scenario‑based exercises.Ensure content reflects finalised business processes and aligns with testing and deployment phases.Partner with Global Process Owners to validate training content and future‑state process alignment.Work with Change Management, Communications, Testing, Data, and enterprise learning teams to embed enablement within the broader readiness plan.Coordinate with system integrators and third‑party vendors for joint delivery and content quality.Build and manage a network of regional trainers, local deliverers, and super users.Coordinate all training execution activities, including scheduling, logistics, and learner readiness.Monitor training progress, analyse uptake, and oversee remediation where required.Define sustainment models including refresher training, digital knowledge bases, and post‑go‑live reinforcement.Use data and analytics to measure adoption trends and improve the learning experience.Champion a culture of continuous learning and capability uplift.SkillsDemonstrated experience leading training, learning, or digital enablement workstreams in large‑scale ERP programmes (preferably S/4HANA).Strong background in digital learning design, adult‑learning techniques, and adoption‑enablement technologies.Ability to simplify complex process or system information into engaging, user‑friendly learning materials.Experience operating in global, matrixed environments with senior stakeholders.Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder‑management skills.Ability to manage multiple concurrent waves of content development and delivery.Experience with digital adoption or content‑creation tools (e.g., WalkMe/Whatfix, AI digital content creation).Familiarity with Agile delivery and iterative learning design.Ability to develop learning content, role‑based training and enablement materials.Analytical approach to measuring adoption, readiness and KPIs, providing actionable insights.Leadership AgilityBelonging: Ability to create a culture of belonging where people feel appreciated and can thrive.Self‑Awareness: High levels of self‑awareness, reflective and understanding one’s strengths and impacts on others.People Agility: Capacity to understand and relate to people, navigating tough situations to harness collective performance.Results Agility: Consistent delivery of results in new situations, inspiring teams and building confidence.Mental Agility: Critical thinking to penetrate complex problems and expand possibilities.Strategic Execution: Think strategically while remaining execution‑focused and creative.Change Agility: Curiosity, experimentation, and resilience in the face of change; growth and learning mindset.EEO StatementDisclaimer: Bacardi seeks talent from all backgrounds to bring diversity of thought, agility and capability to our organization across the globe.
