The Mission The Director of Transformation, Commercial Growth will lead a global portfolio of strategic growth initiatives designed to accelerate revenue performance, improve commercial effectiveness, and drive omnichannel transformation. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. We are not looking for a pure strategist or a traditional PMO profile. We are looking for someone capable of challenging the business, shaping direction, and personally driving implementation. Working closely with senior commercial leaders across multiple regions, this person will translate growth ambitions into structured transformation programs with clear governance, measurable KPIs and disciplined execution. Key Responsibilities Transformation Portfolio Leadership Lead a global portfolio of commercial transformation initiatives across multiple international regions Translate business strategy into actionable roadmaps and measurable implementation plans Drive governance structures, milestone management and performance tracking Ensure disciplined execution and proactive course correction when needed Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners in highly matrixed environments Commercial Excellence & Growth Lead initiatives related to Pricing Excellence and Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Identify growth opportunities across markets, customer segments and channels Support go-to-market optimization and commercial effectiveness initiatives Partner with business leaders to shape long-term growth strategies CRM & Omnichannel Transformation Drive transformation programs involving CRM, sales enablement and digital capabilities Support omnichannel integration across commercial ecosystems and customer journeys Ensure alignment between business objectives and transformation execution Stakeholder Leadership Act as a trusted partner to senior leadership teams Influence stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Digital and Operations Drive alignment without relying on formal authority Challenge existing ways of working and introduce best practices What We Are Looking For Required Background 10+ years of experience in commercial transformation, commercial excellence, revenue growth management or strategic program leadership Strong experience leading complex transformation initiatives in multinational environments Demonstrated track record translating strategy into execution Experience driving multi-country programs and influencing cross-functional stakeholders Strong exposure to B2B environments and complex channel ecosystems Experience operating successfully in highly matrixed organizations Fluent English Ideal Experience We would be especially interested in professionals coming from: Commercial Transformation Commercial Excellence Revenue Growth Management Pricing Excellence CRM Transformation Omnichannel or Digital Commercial Transformation Enterprise Transformation programs Potential backgrounds may include: Commercial transformation consulting environments Industrial, manufacturing, consumer durables or B2B organizations Global organizations with complex stakeholder ecosystems
