Founded more than 100 years ago, Puig is a family‑owned company with a long‑term commitment to our brands and stakeholders.The OpportunityRole: Delivery Transformation Graduate ProgramLocation: BarcelonaReporting to: Transformation Delivery DirectorMission: Execute cross‑functional transformation programmes across the Group, supporting the Transformation Office.What you’ll get to do1. Manage workstreams within strategic programmes- Prepare key tasks to be executed and organize a project into workstreams, tasks and owners across the Group- Deliver on any analytical/qualitative analyses required to execute a programme (for example, the impact calculation of an initiative)- Lead interviews or working sessions with multiple participants from the organisation (or other key external stakeholders)2.
