This is a high‑impact, commercially critical role suited to someone who thrives in fast‑moving environments, enjoys building structure, and is confident managing complex financial flows across fiat and cryptocurrency ecosystems.About the RoleAs Treasury Manager, you will oversee end‑to‑end treasury processes acrossfiat and crypto operations , ensuring accurate cash management, liquidity planning, banking and PSP relationships, and the optimisation of both traditional and blockchain‑based payment flows. You will work closely with Finance, Payments, Risk, Fraud, Compliance, and Product teams to maintain operational excellence across multiple jurisdictions and brands.This role requires strong stakeholder management skills, a solid understanding of crypto payment rails, and the ability to streamline treasury processes while maintaining full accuracy, compliance, and financial control.Key ResponsibilitiesManagedaily cash positioning, wallet balances, and liquidity planningacross multiple currencies and crypto assets.Overseebanking, PSP, and crypto‑processing relationshipsto ensure efficient settlements and optimised cost structures.Maintain and evolve thetreasury control frameworkfor both fiat and crypto flows, ensuring strong governance and compliance.Forecast short‑ and long‑termfiat and crypto liquidity needs , supporting business planning and regulatory requirements.Monitor and optimise settlement cycles, fees, exposure, and overalltreasury risk across crypto and traditional channels .Collaborate with Finance, Payments, Risk, Fraud, and Compliance on reconciliation, AML, and operational processes.Produce treasury dashboards, KPIs, and reporting for senior leadership.Support audits, regulatory submissions, and internal control testing across fiat and crypto environments.Identify and implementprocess improvements and automation , including opportunities within blockchain‑based finance flows.Ensure adherence to AML/KYC and regulatory standards, including crypto‑related compliance requirements.About You3+ years’ experience intreasury, payments, or financial operations(iGaming and/or crypto experience is a strong advantage).Solid understanding ofmulti‑currency and crypto payment flows , merchant accounts, PSPs, and reconciliations.Confident managingcold/hot wallet structures , crypto settlement flows, and associated risk controls.A detail‑oriented, analytical professional who can operate with precision in a high‑velocity environment.Strong communication skills and able to engage senior stakeholders and external partners.Advanced spreadsheet skills; familiarity with BI tools and blockchain explorers is a plus.A proactive, process‑driven mindset with a passion for improving efficiency and control. xcskxlj What We OfferCompetitive salary and performance‑based bonusExposure to bothtraditional and crypto treasury operationsA collaborative culture with strong growth and career development opportunitiesRemote or hybrid working options depending on locationA chance to shape treasury operations at scale in a fast‑growing, multi‑brand iGaming environmentHow to ApplyIf you're a motivated Treasury professional with experience in fiat or crypto flows—and excited to take on a broader remit within a fast‑scaling iGaming organisation—we’d love to hear from you.Please send your CV or reach out directly for a confidential discussion.#J-18808-Ljbffr
