Your participation in innovative projects will be key, sharing and applying your knowledge to create impactful, user-centered digital solutions.Your mission will be to support the creation and optimization of web pages by building, modifying, and advising on creative web content. You will constantly elevate the user experience of our corporate site, bridging the gap between internal clients and business needs through data-driven and visually stunning design decisions.Support the updating and creation of web pages by building and modifying creative content.Continuously improve the user experience (UX) across the corporate website.Deliver the full UX/UI spectrum: from strategy, insight, and innovation, to creation, testing, and optimization.Understand consumer needs, conduct competitive analysis and user testing, and develop insights to guide the digital experience strategy.Conceptualize and develop design solutions, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to present proposed functionalities.Ensure all design solutions are robust, well-thought-out, and backed by best practices, facts, and evidence.Background:Degree or solid experience in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or a related field.Practical/hands-on knowledge ofFigma(prototyping) and creative tools such asPhotoshopandIllustrator.UX Expertise:Solid understanding of UX research, user flows, and wireframing.Design Skills:Passion for design and technology, with deep knowledge of color theory, typography, and visual composition.Excellent communication skills inEnglish(fluent/fluent professional).Hands-on knowledge of web analytics tools ( Contentsquare, Google Analytics ) to support projects and back design choices with hard facts and figures.Join a strategic international project with a direct impact on business growth and digital transformation.~ Permanent contract and flexible working model (fully remote, with the option to work in a hybrid setup if you are based in Mallorca).~ Flexible working hours and an extra day off to celebrate your birthday.~Career development plan, continuous learning opportunities, and private health insurance.~ Flexible compensation package, including childcare, transportation, and language training benefits.~ Team-building activities and company events, including afterworks, barbecues, and Summer and Christmas celebrations.At K-LAGAN, we believe in responsible technology through our Green IT initiatives and actively promote social impact programs, such as our annual Volunteer Day.
