CrazyLabs, a world-leading mobile game developer and publisher with over 7 billion downloads to date, is looking for a Unity Lead to join our Live Games team and work on our existing and future titles.This position combines hands-on Unity work with technical leadership and mentorship. The ideal candidate brings deep Unity expertise, strong architectural thinking, and proven experience leading teams in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.You will take technical ownership of multiple portfolio games, setting engineering standards, reviewing code, optimizing performance, and supporting the growth and development of the Unity team.In this position, you will also play a key role in leading and coordinating the Unity team’s work, collaborating closely with Product Managers, Game Designers, Artists, Analysts, and Monetization teams to ensure our games are scalable, high-performing, and built for long-term success.If you are:A hands-on Unity expert who enjoys both coding and leadingA technical leader who thrives on mentoring and growing developersPassionate about mobile games and live productsPerformance-driven and detail-orientedComfortable working in a fast-paced, data-informed environmentProactive, accountable, and solution-orientedAs a Unity Team Lead you will:Lead and mentor a team of Unity developers across live gamesOwn the technical architecture and long-term scalability of the gamesDrive feature development from concept to production and live environmentEnsure high code quality, maintainability, and best engineering practicesOptimize game performance (CPU, GPU, memory, build size, loading times, crashrate issues)Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Art, Monetization, and Analytics teamsImprove development workflows, tools, and technical standardsSupport live operations, feature iterations, and continuous improvementsTake part in hiring and building a strong Unity team Unity Team Lead role requires:5+ years of experience as Unity developer (C# – Must)2+ years experience leading and managing development teamsStrong Unity experience in mobile game development (Android & iOS – Must)Experience in the full mobile game development lifecycle (prototype to live ops)Experience working with AI tools and being AI-driven in development processes (e.g., AI-assisted coding, optimization, automation, or gameplay systems)Strong understanding of game architecture, design patterns, and clean code principlesDeep experience in profiling and performance optimization (CPU/GPU)Experience working with Git in a multi-developer environmentStrong problem-solving skills and ownership mindsetCuriosity and openness to leveraging AI technologies to improve development efficiency, performance, and innovationExperience working on live games with large-scale user basesExperience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testingKnowledge of shaders and rendering pipelinesExperience integrating analytics, A/B testing, and monetization systemsBackend integration experienceCrazyLabs commitments:Employee benefits are part of our love language.
