While the Producer handles the money, you handle the logistics. You ensure artists have their tasks, dailies run smoothly, and the schedule is adhered to.Key ResponsibilitiesScheduling: Create and maintain detailed day-to-day schedules for asset and shot departments.Resource Allocation: Assign tasks to artists based on availability and skillset using ShotGrid.Workflow Management: Identify bottlenecks in the pipeline and unblock artists immediately.Dailies & Reviews: Organize internal dailies and client reviews, ensuring notes are accurately recorded and distributed.What You BringTracking Master: Deep understanding of ShotGrid.Communication: Clear, concise communication skills. You are the hub of information for the team.Calm Under Pressure: Ability to manage tight deadlines without transferring stress to the artists.Production Knowledge: You understand the VFX pipeline steps (i.E., you know that rigging must happen before animation).Bonus PointsExperience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.Previous experience as a VFX Coordinator.#J-18808-Ljbffr
