The Vice President of Sales is responsible for driving revenue growth, market expansion, and strategic customer relationships within the Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) sector. This role leads the sales organization, develops go-to-market strategies, and works closely with operations, technical teams, and senior leadership to deliver profitable growth while maintaining compliance, quality, and brand reputation.A continuación, encontrará un desglose completo de todo lo que se requiere de los posibles candidatos, así como la forma de presentar su candidatura. ¡Mucha suerte!Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & LeadershipDevelop and execute regional or global sales strategies aligned with company growth objectivesLead, mentor, and manage a team of sales managers and account executivesSet sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics; monitor progress and implement corrective actionsBuild a high-performance sales culture focused on consultative selling and long-term partnershipsBusiness Development & Market GrowthIdentify and pursue new market opportunities across TIC service lines (testing, inspection, certification, audits, advisory)Expand presence in key industries (e.g., manufacturing, energy, construction, aerospace, automotive, consumer products, environmental)Drive penetration of strategic accounts and multi-site/global customer agreementsLead major bids, RFP responses, and contract negotiationsCustomer & Relationship ManagementServe as executive sponsor for key and global accountsBuild strong relationships with customer decision-makers, regulators, and industry stakeholdersEnsure customer needs are translated into scalable, compliant service solutionsMaintain high customer satisfaction, retention, and account growthCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with operations and technical leadership to ensure service feasibility, pricing accuracy, and delivery excellenceCollaborate with marketing on value propositions, branding, and lead-generation initiativesWork with finance on pricing models, margins, forecasting, and revenue planningSupport M&A integration and commercial due diligence when applicableMonitor market trends, competitor activity, regulatory changes, and emerging standardsEnsure all sales activities comply with accreditation, independence, and ethical requirements of the TIC industryProvide leadership with insights on pricing, service innovation, and portfolio optimizationQualifications & ExperienceRequiredBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or related field10+ years of progressive sales experience, including xcskxlj senior leadership rolesProven experience in the TIC sector or closely related technical services industryStrong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and growth targetsExperience managing complex, technical, and regulated sales cyclesPreferredMaster’s degree (MBA or technical discipline)Experience with global or multi-site accountsFamiliarity with ISO standards, accreditation bodies, and regulatory frameworksBackground in industrial, environmental, or product conformity servicesStrategic thinking and commercial acumenStrong leadership and people-management skillsConsultative, solution-based selling approachExcellent negotiation and executive-level communication skillsAbility to balance growth objectives with compliance and quality requirements#J-18808-Ljbffr
