Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead Mastercard’s Open Finance data products across Europe, shaping strategy and directing product, data, and engineering teams. You will drive end-to-end delivery, launches, and ongoing optimization of Open Finance data solutions while aligning stakeholders across functions. You will collaborate with Mastercard teams to extend capabilities and maximize business value, within a fast-paced, globally connected technology environment. This is a strategic leadership role that combines fintech agility with enterprise-scale execution.

• Provide leadership to Open Finance Data Product and Engineering teams
• Oversee end-to-end build, delivery, and enhancements of Open Finance Data products and lifecycle
• Align Product, Engineering, and Analytic teams on products, features, markets, and timelines
• Collaborate with Mastercard product teams to deliver value-added Open Finance services and integrate broader capabilities
• Develop, document, and implement strategic plans, product positioning, and messaging for Open Finance products
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree
• Proven track record of launching data-driven products in financial/tech sectors
• Open Banking/Open Finance experience
• Deep understanding of data ecosystems, analytics, and data monetisation strategies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with business acumen
• Experience leading large, cross-functional data/innovation projects from concept to delivery
• Ability to lead high-performing teams in fast-paced environments
• Experience working across matrixed organizations and influencing stakeholders
• Extensive experience in product management for data products or platforms
