Descripción del trabajo We are hiring for a visionary and strategic VP of Brand & Community to lead our client brand development and community engagement efforts in the fast-paced financial services sector. This pivotal role requires a dynamic leader who possesses a deep understanding of brand strategy, community building, and customer engagement within a fintech environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing comprehensive brand strategies that enhance our market presence and foster a strong community around our values and vision. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our marketing, communications, and community initiatives align with our overarching business objectives and deliver a consistent brand message. This is an opportunity to shape and refine our brand identity while actively engaging both online and offline communities, ensuring that our stakeholders feel connected and invested in our mission. The VP of Brand & Community will be a key member of the executive team, providing insights and leadership that drive brand loyalty and strengthen our market position in an ever-evolving landscape. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategy to enhance brand awareness and recognition across all channels. Lead community engagement initiatives that foster relationships with customers, partners, and influencers. Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand positioning. Oversee the creation of compelling content that resonates with our target audience and drives engagement. Analyze brand performance metrics and community feedback to continuously improve brand strategy. Enhance customer experience through thoughtful community management and stakeholder engagement. Act as a brand ambassador, representing Marathon Talent at industry events and in public forums. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; MBA preferred. 10+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or community engagement, preferably in the fintech or financial services sector. Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies. Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and driving collaborative initiatives. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas simply and compellingly. Passionate about community building and customer engagement with a strong understanding of social media platforms.
