We are looking for a VP Of Customer Success to lead the post-sales experience for a growing B2B SaaS platform in the proptech space. You will combine strategic customer leadership with hands-on ownership of onboarding, implementation, adoption, retention, and expansion for mid-market and enterprise customers.ResponsibilitiesLead the full post-sales customer lifecycle across onboarding, implementation, adoption, retention, and expansion.Manage and coach a small Customer Success team while staying close to key customer relationships.Own strategic relationships with enterprise customers, key accounts, partners, executive sponsors, and daily stakeholders.Build structured onboarding and implementation processes for larger and more complex customers.Coordinate workflow mapping, platform configuration, data setup, training, launch planning, and ongoing adoption.Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Support to improve customer experience and internal processes.RequirementsNative English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proven experience in Customer Success, client services, account management, implementation, or professional services leadership.Strong B2B SaaS experience, ideally with mid-market or enterprise customers.Ability to manage complex customer relationships with multiple stakeholders, timelines, requirements, and success criteria.Experience leading hands-on onboarding or implementation work, including project planning, training, configuration, and rollout.Valuable: startup, commercial real estate, proptech, marketing technology, or professional services experience.BenefitsSalary range depending on experience.Hybrid working model (3 days per week at the office in Barcelona and 2 days remote).Unlimited vacation days.Competitive salary with structured variable commission.Opportunities to progress in a growing startup.
