Overview
As a Cyberdefense Product Owner, you lead a technical SME team to define and execute a clear product vision aligned with AXA’s security and compliance goals. You collaborate with stakeholders, security teams, and the Product Manager to deliver a high-value backlog and a practical roadmap. You drive agile delivery, ensure compliance and security requirements are reflected, and promote transparency across the organization. This role sits at the heart of AXA’s secure, cloud-aware transformation and product-led security posture.

ResponsabilidadesOwn and refine the product vision and strategy in collaboration with the Product Manager and end-usersManage the product backlog, prioritizing features, improvements, and technical debt based on value, risk, and complianceEngage with security, IT, compliance, and business stakeholders to capture requirements and reflect them in the backlogLead Agile ceremonies (daily standup, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) with SCRUM master supportDefine clear acceptance criteria and validate outputs against business needs and security standardsSupport the Product Manager by translating strategy into backlog items and ensuring timely deliveryProvide regular progress, risk, and dependency updates to stakeholdersFoster collaboration and motivate a team of technical SMEs to deliver high-quality outputsImprove product understanding among team and stakeholders to incorporate security considerations into prioritizationMeasure product performance using KPIs and feedback to drive improvementsAdvocate for the product internally and externally, outlining future roadmap initiativesContribute to staying at the state-of-the-art in security while enabling agilityCollaborate on building and maintaining the security product roadmap and ongoing security posture
Requisitos principalesProven cybersecurity experience, especially in vulnerability management and security operationsExperience as Product Owner or in a similar Agile role with backlog managementAbility to translate technical security concepts for non-technical stakeholdersStrong stakeholder engagement and communication skillsLeadership to guide a team of technical SMEs in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with security tools (Kenna, Tenable, Qualys, Vulcan, Hackuity) and standards (CIS, NIST, NIS2) is advantageousAgile certifications (PSPO, CSPO) highly desirableFluency in English; additional languages a plusPost-graduate degree in IT or related IS SecurityAGILE hands-on experience (required)Team leadership experience (required)Security experience >3 years (highly recommended)Cloud security experience (advantageous)Strong communicationStakeholder managementLeadership and motivationCybersecurity and vulnerability managementSecurity operationsAgile product ownership and backlog management
