Start date is to be agreed.What you will doGuide artists and translate creative direction into surfacing tasks.Maintain look-development pipelines, shared materials and shading networks.Balance asset quality, production estimates and rendering efficiency.What the studio is looking forExtensive animation or VFX experience, team leadership and constructive review skills.Strong Houdini and Substance knowledge, plus Arnold or RenderMan workflows.Understanding of ACES, UDIMs and PBR, and advanced English.
