Overview
In this role, you will be the main liaison for customers and subsidiaries, ensuring high-quality material support services for aerospace programs. You will coordinate across Programs, Legal, Finance, Engineering, Procurement, and MRO to align on material availability and contract execution. Your work will focus on maximizing A400M fleet availability, tracking financials, and mitigating operational risks to deliver on-time, on-cost, and on-quality deliverables. This position offers impact through cross-functional collaboration within a global defense program context.

ResponsabilidadesServe as the primary contact for customers and subsidiaries on spares, AGEs, repairs, and ISS deliverablesDrive cross-functional alignment between Material Support and internal directoratesLead contract execution to enhance A400M Fleet Availability and resolve customer queriesForecast requirements and manage contract financial performance, contributing to annual budget planningMonitor procedures, contracts, and end-to-end supply chain visibility to mitigate risksEnsure all contractual deliverables are delivered On-Time, On-Cost, and On-Quality
Requisitos principalesDegree in Engineering (or related discipline)3–5 years in Material Support, Customer Services, Program Management, or Supply Chain within aerospace/defenseStrong cross-functional coordination, problem-solving, risk management, and adaptabilityAdvanced English and Spanish language skills (written and spoken)In-depth knowledge of Material Support operations, contract management, and budget trackingNice to have: direct experience with the A400M program or military fleet support servicesCross-functional coordinationProblem-solving mindsetRisk management abilitiesMaterial Support operations (Spare parts, Repairs, AGEs)Contract managementBudget tracking tools/methodologies
