The Account Executive is responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from identification to closing, and driving revenue growth through strategic client engagement. This role focuses on revenue execution, building sustainable client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring alignment between customer needs and company offerings. Tasks & Responsibilities Account Development & Prospecting Identify and qualify new sales opportunities Develop strategic account plans Generate and manage a strong sales pipeline Conduct market research and competitor analysis Sales Cycle Management Manage full sales lifecycle (lead generation → negotiation → closing) Coordinate with pre-Sales and technical teams for solution definition Prepare commercial proposals and pricing strategies Update HubSpot CRM regularly Account Management Grow key long-term client relationships Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities Monitor customer satisfaction and retention Ensure alignment between client expectations and delivery capabilities Revenue & Target Achievement Meet or exceed assigned revenue targets Build revenue pipeline to drive your sales performance Provide monthly / quarterly accurate revenue forecasting Qualifications / Experience : Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field. Technical background is a plus. 3–5+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales Experience selling complex technical or high-value solutions preferred Financial acumen and pricing strategy understanding Strong negotiation and closing skills Ability to understand technical products at a high level Experience managing enterprise or institutional clients CRM proficiency Compensation Competitive salary, private health insurance and ticket guarderia.
