Experteer Overview
In this role you manage a DACH-based portfolio, driving customer success and adoption of EcoVadis solutions. You work closely with cross‑functional teams to maximize value, influence sustainable procurement processes, and maintain high customer satisfaction. You will foster advocacy and lead account plans while supporting contract renewals and upsell opportunities. This position blends relationship management with strategic coordination in a fast‑paced, international setting.

• Manage a portfolio of up to 30 customers and maximize value from the EcoVadis solution
• Provide visibility into sustainable procurement program components across the customer lifecycle
• Drive adoption and integration of EcoVadis into customer processes and tools
• Build advocacy and maintain relationships with sponsors and project managers throughout engagement
• Develop and maintain account plans; act as main contact for accounts and coordinate resources
• Collaborate with sales to renew contracts and advance upsell opportunities
• Monitor forecast and delivery to ensure operational KPIs are met
• Contribute to product development by feeding back insights from customers
• Lead or support customer-focused projects and share best practices across the team
Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of customer management, account management, or consulting experience in a fast-paced environment
• Formal education in supply chain, sustainability or business (preferred)
• German and English fluency (essential); additional languages beneficial
• Ability to summarize findings in PowerPoint; strong Excel and data analytics skills
• Experience in developing Account Plans; computer literacy in MS Office, Google Suite, Salesforce or CRM, and project management tools
• Interest in working in an international, multicultural environment; self-driven and team-oriented
