The role focuses on sales development, account growth, and penetration strategy for assigned customers or regions.ResponsibilitiesManage portfolio accounts and Spanish distributors.Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to clients in a timely manner.Position Oterra as a reliable, high-quality colour supplier in the country.Open projects to guarantee long‑term business.Collaborate with the South Europe team and work with ITCs, PM, and Business Support.Use CRM for forecasting and price list management.Promote launches and campaigns among customers.Act as the technical responsible for accounts.Travel 60% of the time for trainings and customer/distributor visits.QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Food Science.At least 4 years of technical sales experience.Understanding of sales performance metrics.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Proficient in CRM systems, preferably SalesForce.Fluency in written and spoken Spanish and English; Italian or French an asset.Experience in Food & Beverage industry.Strong communication and people skills; resilience, collaboration and good sense of humour. xcskxlj BenefitsOpportunity to be part of an international sales team, continuous learning opportunities, flexible and modern work environment, market‑aligned compensation, and a truly international work culture.#J-18808-Ljbffr
