Reports To: Finance Manager and Finance Director
Department/Team: Finance
Purpose of role: providing the accounting support to the Finance Manager for MG Spain&Portugal

Responsibilities

AP and AR Accounting
Account Reconciliations
G/L entries, accruals and provisions
Payments Preparation
Customer AR Follow up and Debt Claim
Bank postings and reconciliations
Tax Fillings – VAT – Intrastat – Withholding Taxes
Internal and External Audit Support
Other related accounting tasks

Qualifications

Full time in a similar positions at least 2 years.
Familiar with the Spanish accounting.
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
Fluent in English skills (oral and written).
Able to work under pressure and on different tasks in parallel.
