Our technology enables automated ad buying and data-driven campaign optimization, connecting clients with the right audiences to maximize impact and simplify user acquisition. /p pThe final candidate will play a key role in maintaining the company’s books according to local regulations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting across multiple entities. /p pThis role involves a full spectrum of accounting-related tasks, and your mission is to ensure the successful posting, closing, and reporting of accounting-related items. /p h3What You’ll Do: /h3 ul liPerform and review reconciliation of GL accounts /li liPrepare and post journal entries /li liPrepare and reconcile balances according to local regulations /li liEnsure compliance with local deadlines and reporting requirements /li liSupport consolidation of financials according to US GAAP and local regulations /li liAnalyze financial data and provide insights to support decision‑making /li liCollaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams and stakeholders /li liIdentify process improvements and support automation initiatives /li /ul h3What do you need to have: /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA / CA / RA or equivalent qualification is highly desirable) /li liMinimum 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably within a multinational company /li liStrong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting (US GAAP knowledge is a plus) /li liExperience with Oracle (NetSuite) or other ERP/accounting systems /li liAdvanced Excel skills (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) /li liStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail /li liExcellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Spanish /li liProven ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being autonomous /li liStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines /li liProactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach /li liExperience or familiarity with AI tools and automation in accounting processes is considered a plus /li /ul h3What we offer: /h3 ul liExciting challenges and opportunities for growth /li liTicket Restaurant /li liWellbeing and gym membership /li liBreakfast, Fruit Snacks at the office /li liMonthly team Events /li liWork Anniversary Celebrations /li liGift Cards for special occasions /li liReferral Program /li liHybrid work format, combining remote and in‑office work three times a week /li /ul pPlease note that we do NOT provide VISA sponsorship.
