Multinational company in the manufacturing industry.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare/review financial statements, analyze large data sets, create budgets & forecasts, and present findings to leadership.Operations Management: Oversee daily ledger, A/P, A/R, payroll, cash flow, and month/year-end close processes.Compliance & Controls: Ensure adherence to PGC, manage tax filings, coordinate audits, and develop strong internal controls.Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor accounting staff, delegating tasks and providing feedback.Strategic Support: Provide financial insights, analyze trends, and help make informed business decisions to optimize performance.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance.Strong understanding of accounting principles (PGC/IFRS).Proficiency with accounting software (I.e.
