You’ll work closely with the Financial Controller to ensure the smooth running of all accounting operations across our subsidiaries—Stoke Travel Co, Stoke Threads Co, and Yes-Trip. /ppbr/ppThis role is perfect for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow within an organization that’s scaling fast. This is your chance to be part of something exciting, where every number tells a story, and every story shapes our future. /ppbr/ppbYOU WILL... /b /pulliAssist in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable /liliSupport with bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring /liliHelp prepare financial reports, statements, and budgets /liliMaintain accurate records of financial transactions /liliLiaise with customers, agents, and vendors to resolve billing issues /liliAssist in the preparation of tax filings and compliance documentation /liliProvide administrative support to the Financial Controller and broader management team /liliHelp manage relationships with external financial advisers and auditors /liliContribute to improving financial processes and controls /liliSupport with office administrative tasks related to finance, including utilities and billing management /liliIf interested and available, there may be opportunities to take on on-site accounting responsibilities at festivals, depending on workload and logistics. /li /ulpbr/ppYOU ARE... /pulliExperienced in accounts payable and receivable (2-3 years minimum) /liliDetail-oriented, organised, and process-driven /liliFluent in both English and Spanish (required) /liliConfident in spreadsheet-based bookkeeping /liliEarly in your finance career and looking to build in a fast-moving international company /liliComfortable working independently and managing your own task load /li /ulpbr/ppThis is a full-time, on-site position based in Barcelona.
