Introducing customer invoices in SAPRe-invoicing taxes, R&D, etcPrice controlSending bill remindersContacting clients to discuss their accountsBalance sheet conciliationsPreparation of monthly and quarterly management reports according to exigencies of the businessProtects organization value by keeping information confidentialParticipate in summary reports and AuditHelp in other requested tasks of the departmentWhat you bring to the table:Proven working experience as accounts payable clerk.Mandatory SAP experience.Interest in the field of pharmaceuticals would be an asset or having worked in an audit big 4.Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and collection regulations.Excellent computer skills, advanced in Excel.Educational milestone:Preferably university degree in Economics.Excellent level of English and Spanish, spoken and written.Your key superpowers:Excellent communication, research, problem solving, and time management skills.Highly responsible, disciplined, proactive, dynamic and methodical individual.Attention to detail.Ability to build relationships with providers and internal departments.Enthusiasm to join a young and growing company in the pharmaceutical industry.Ability to work with minimal supervision.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Ability to increase technical knowledge and apply new skills.What makes Galenicum a top-tier workplace?A challenging company, and a dynamic team to work with.A Workspace to enjoy.
