Overview
In this role you will lead activities, events, and excursions for international students, ensuring days are engaging, safe, and memorable. You will create welcoming atmospheres, manage group dynamics, and deliver high-quality experiences across city tours, themed events, and games. You will supervise safety, conduct risk assessments, and handle emergencies following EF policies. You will collaborate with the Activity Manager on planning and support content for EF social channels.
ResponsabilidadesProvide students with information and assistance regarding activities and excursionsCreate a lively, welcoming atmosphere during events and trips, delivering exceptional serviceSupport community management and help maintain a vibrant environment within the schoolEnsure health, safety, and well-being of all students, including conducting risk assessments and managing emergencies in line with EF policiesLead guided tours at excursion destinations, sharing engaging content (materials provided by EF)Accompany students to attractions and ensure smooth logistics throughout the tripSafeguard under-18 students during all activities in accordance with EF guidelinesAssist with event promotion, including creating and displaying postersPrepare detailed handovers for the Activity Manager to ensure seamless serviceReport any emergencies promptly to the managerAttend activity meetings and implement action points as requiredSupport content creation for EF social media channels
