Experteer Overview
In this role you enable the successful adoption of Insight's Connected Workforce solutions for clients, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure new ways of working are embedded and delivering tangible outcomes. You partner with client teams to design adoption roll-outs, manage change activities, and monitor progress to meet KPIs. You influence stakeholders to embrace smarter collaboration and long-term adoption, aligning with the company’s service-design mindset. This is a chance to shape how clients realise value from modern digital workspace solutions.

• Own adoption project delivery and ensure target outcomes
• Develop client-specific adoption rollout strategy with external teams
• Provide guidance and best practices to maximise success
• Coordinate multi-practice efforts to meet client needs
• Monitor rollout progress and provide status updates to stakeholders
• Prepare reports to track progress and flag blockers
• Achieve or exceed defined KPI targets

Responsabilidades
• Degree level education or equivalent experience
• PROSCI or similar change-management qualifications
• Experience in change management/technology adoption
• Experience with Microsoft O365 technologies and Digital Workspace
• Strong English communication and influencing skills
• Ability to coordinate resources across teams
• Excellent organizational skills
• Comfort working in a globally diverse environment and commitment to inclusion
