pb Experience: /b +5 years /ppb Location: /b SPAIN /ppb Contract type: /b Permanent /ppb Languages: /b English /ppb******* FULL REMOTE ********** /b /pp We are looking for a b Project manager with technical expertise /b for an international project: /pp The PRE Environment Governance Change Management Analyst will operate within a dedicated governance function responsible for ensuring operational stability, controlled change execution, and robust oversight across all PRE environments supporting the Sparrow programme. /p pb Key Responsibilities /b /pulli Coordinating and governing changes, deployments, and testing activities across PRE environments to ensure operational stability and minimise disruption. /lili Facilitating daily PRE Change Advisory Boards (CABs), including reviewing, assessing, approving, scheduling, and tracking changes and high‑impact testing activities. /lili Maintaining integrated PRE change, deployment, and testing schedules across project and BAU activities. /lili Managing deployments and operational activities across multiple technologies including Java, AWS Cloud, Mainframe, middleware, and distributed platforms. /lili Supporting operational readiness through daily PRE health checks, governance reporting, and environment status communications. /lili Performing technical analysis of deployment or environment issues and coordinating resolution with support and engineering teams. /lili Ensuring high‑impact changes and disruptive tests are risk‑assessed, communicated, and executed within approved governance windows. /lili Supporting governance and control of PRE data ingestion from PRO and MIG environments, ensuring compliance with data quality, masking, confidentiality, and stability requirements. /lili Verifying, validating, and maintaining implementation, rollback, contingency, and recovery plans for major changes. /lili Conducting post‑implementation reviews and contributing to RCA and continuous improvement initiatives. /lili Managing stakeholder relationships across internal technology teams, suppliers, programme teams, and governance forums. /lili Coordinating Pre‑Production Performance tests on behalf of the certification office. /li /ul pb Mandatory Skills Experience /b /pulli Proven experience in Technical Change Management, Environment Management, Release Management, or IT Operations governance roles. /lili Experience coordinating software deployments and infrastructure changes across multi‑technology environments. /lili Strong understanding of ITIL Service Management processes (Change, Incident, Problem, Environment Management). /lili Experience facilitating governance forums such as CABs, operational reviews, or deployment planning meetings. /lili Solid understanding of operational risk, change governance, and deployment best practices in enterprise environments. /li /ul
