Overview
In this role you design and deliver AI-enabled automation in a Payroll and Products context using Azure AI Foundry, Python, and advanced AI tooling. You will shape engineering standards, reusable patterns, and governance for AI-driven automation within the Smart Automation team. You translate business challenges into scalable AI solutions and collaborate with Payroll and Product SMEs to drive efficiency. You will lead architecture discussions and ensure responsible AI practices while staying ahead on Foundry capabilities.

ResponsabilidadesDesign and build automation solutions using Azure AI Foundry features (model orchestration, vector search, secure prompt pipelines, evaluation tooling)Develop Python-based AI services integrated with Foundry workflows, hubs, models and datasetsCreate reusable AI components and patterns for other squadsEstablish guidelines for prompt design, model governance, evaluation, and safe AI deploymentLead discussions on AI architecture, responsible AI, and performance optimizationDevelop end-to-end intelligent automation for high-frequency, high-effort processesIntegrate AI solutions with enterprise systems via secure APIs and microservicesBuild data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, embeddings, and vector search
Requisitos principalesDegree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science or related fieldSoftware Engineer with at least 6 years of professional experienceProven production/enterprise AI or ML solution delivery (>=3 years)Experience with Azure AI Foundry or comparable Azure AI/ML servicesKnowledge of security, governance and observability in AI projectsAbility to communicate technical designs and AI concepts to non-technical stakeholdersExperience with API/microservice-based integration and Python automationcollaborationclear communicationstakeholder engagementAzure AI FoundryPythonmodel governance and evaluation
